Returns & Refund Policy – ShopK-Vell
This policy governs the right of withdrawal, returns, refunds and product replacements for purchases made through
https://shopk-vell.com.
1) Withdrawal Period (14 Days)
Pursuant to European Consumer Law, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days:
- from the day the product was delivered (for a single item purchase);
- from the day the final item was delivered (for orders consisting of multiple items delivered separately).
2) How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14-day period:
- send an explicit email to support@shopk-vell.com including order number, products to be returned, and full contact details;
- within 14 days of sending your withdrawal notice, return the goods to the address provided by customer support (do not send items to the manufacturer);
- include proof of purchase inside the package (order confirmation email or receipt).
3) Eligibility of Returned Items
- unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition;
- complete with original packaging/accessories/manuals;
- safely packaged for transit.
4) Items Not Eligible for Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to (as per EU Consumer Law):
- customized or personalized items;
- sealed goods for hygiene reasons which were opened after delivery (e.g., intimate or sanitary products);
- perishable goods or those with short expiration dates;
- digital content or activated software;
- newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions).
5) Legal Warranty and Replacements
Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty.
Report any issues to support@shopk-vell.com with photos/videos and your order number.
6) Refunds
Once the returned items are received and inspected:
- you will receive a confirmation email;
- the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
7) Sale or Promotional Items
Certain promotional items may have alternative rules (e.g., exchange or store credit instead of refund).
Check the product page or checkout details.
8) Product Exchanges
Contact support@shopk-vell.com within 14 days from delivery for size/model exchanges.
Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
9) Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after checking with your bank/card issuer, contact
support@shopk-vell.com with the subject: "Refund not received + Order Number".
10) Return Shipping Address
The return address will be provided by our customer support team via email.
Do not send items to the product manufacturer directly.
11) Proof of Purchase
Always required (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
